Regarding why first DVD was burnt successfully but second one failed even you had done nothing, if the problem still exists after updating of drivers, we could try to find out why. If it doesn’t help, right click PCI Serial Port and uninstall it. Please make sure you have a network connection. When you are asked how do you want to search for drivers, choose Search automatically for drivers. You can right click PCI Serial Port and choose Update driver. As DSPatrick suggests, the best solution now is to update your drivers. I suppose your PCI Serial Port Properties looks like the one in PCI serial port drivers couldn't install.
